Visual artist Robin Fredey has been collecting man-made artifacts, beach trash, natural shells and other sea debris for most of her life. Juxtaposing these found objects in a way that evokes the natural order of the universe, while creating personal or spiritual messages, and commenting on environmental issues, has been the objective of her beach cleaning art ritual. These new assemblages find a new life cycle for man-made objects lost at sea.
